Please note that I reserve the right to decline commissions if the subject matter or concept does not align with my artistic strengths. This policy ensures that every commission is delivered to the highest standard possible.

Work-in-progress (WIP) screenshots will be provided throughout the process. Minor revisions are permitted during the early stages. However, major alterations that were not included in the initial references or significantly impact the model’s overall composition may incur additional charges.

Final deliverables will be provided in digital format (.fbx and .png textures). If you require specific file formats such as .psd or layered files, please notify me in advance.

I will not claim intellectual property rights over your design nor will I reuse or resell your project for either personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

40% of the total price: When the artwork is not the primary component of the product (e.g., promotional materials, social media graphics, business cards, store or streaming assets, etc.; for outfits, 20%).

40% to 400% of the total price: When the artwork constitutes the majority of the product and will be reproduced or sold (e.g., merchandise, body pillows, apparel, 3D printing model,etc.).

If you request that images of your commission not be shared or posted online, a privacy fee of 30% of the total price will be applied.

This fee does not apply for temporary privacy requests, such as withholding the model until your planned public reveal.

Commissions typically require several weeks to two months to complete, depending on project complexity. If urgent completion or a specific deadline is required, this must be stated in advance and may result in an additional fee for expedited service.

I will provide regular updates throughout the process and notify you promptly of any delays.

Revisions to the concept are permitted prior to the start of the commission, with potential changes to the total quoted price. Changes requested after work has begun may incur additional fees.

To avoid misunderstandings and extra charges, please ensure your references and instructions are clear and comprehensive when placing your order.

After delivery, any technical issues encountered in-game or with the files will be addressed and corrected at no additional charge, with updated files provided as needed.

A full (100%) refund will only be issued if no progress has been made on your commission after three months, or if work has not yet commenced.

Partial refunds may be considered in cases where work has already begun.

If payment cannot be completed after substantial progress or completion, I reserve the right to repurpose and resell any work conducted up to that point. No refunds will be issued once the commission is substantially complete or fully delivered.

Please prepare clear reference images before reaching out regarding your commission.

Ideal references include high-quality photos showing the character from the front, side, and back.

Submissions composed of multiple images from unrelated sources, or links to Pinterest boards, are generally not accepted.

By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge and agree to my Terms of Service.

Please review these terms carefully prior to proceeding.

Throughout the creation process, I will provide progress images at key stages.

Minor adjustments or modifications may be requested within reason.

Please note that significant or substantial changes to the model's design during the production process may incur additional fees.

A body base can be included upon request, but I do not create NSFW models.

Final avatars begin at a base price of $700, with the final cost determined by the model’s complexity and additional features.

Deliverables are provided in .fbx.

If you need the .pmx file(for MMD), please let me know in advance, and there will be an additional charge.

The original .blend file is also available if required.

Please note that I currently do not support VRM formats.

Animation is usually produced as an accessory to the model.

If you provide the model and scene (3D) or the original artwork and background (2D), I can also create it.

I do not create NSFW Animations.

Final animations begin at a base price of $200, with the final cost determined by the animation’s complexity and additional features.(e.g. 3D or 2D,timeline)

Deliverables are provided in .mp4.

The original .blend or .aep file is also available if required.
